Well school has started back for most everyone around here, which changes my driving to work schedule quite and bit. (In the Summer, I guess everyone goes on vacation for three months because there is literally NO TRAFFIC and I drive straight to work in 30 minutes. When school starts back I leave much earlier, sit in traffic and it takes me anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to get to the office….YIKES!)
So if you’re like me and trying to adjust to a new schedule, whether it’s because your kids are off to school, you’re on a new schedule with homeschooling kids, or your trying to figure out the morning traffic schedule, here’s a word of encouragement for you:
It’s ok that you haven’t figured it out yet.
Trying to get back on schedule takes some time to get used to, so give yourself some grace while everyone settles in. If that means pizza for dinner, or laundry piled a little longer than usually, that’s ok. You’ll get there!
For me, I’m still struggling with this pregnancy brain thing and having a hard time just remembering what my To Do List should include. And since I think the best way to plan and remember things is to write them on a pretty calendar, I’ve created a new weekly calendar to print and use, and I’m sharing it with you!
This is a weekly calendar that just helps me keep track of my days a little better, and especially helps with meal planning and keeping up with Harrison’s schedule (since it often changes from day to day).
Hope you enjoy this free printable weekly calendar!
What are some things that you find most challenging about adjusting to a new schedule?
