Since Harrison loves when I curl my hair, I’ve been experimenting different ways to get curls.
I tried old fashion “Rag Curls” like my mom used to do my hair, and slept on these cushion- y curlers (a cut-up wash cloth)
But it turned out SUPER curly….way too curly
So of course, I pulled it up in a ponytail and went to work (still got several compliments though!)
Later in the day I took it down and the curls had softened so it was nice.
This week was VBS at the church where I work, so we got to “dress casually” for a few days.
I LOVE wearing tennis shoes to the office!
Some wild, crazy, fun and just plain weird things happen in the office during VBS.
Like pastors walking on stilts…
Thursday night we went to a Baron’s Baseball game, thanks to my awesome brother-in-law who got us tickets FOR FREEEEEEEE!
We went with our friends, Josh and Lauren, who I failed to get a picture with…
The top two are terrible photos, but we tested a couple of colors for Phoebe’s room
(The one on the left is gray, but you can’t really tell, and it was too purple in real life)
The winner is this lovely yellow (Yellow Brick Road) and we are looking forward to painting this weekend!
(Of course, when I saw “we” I mean Harrison.)
