Have you been to a gathering where someone has brought a yummy dish, and you say “Susie, I love this [name of dish]” and she says “Oh, it’s so easy, it’s just…” and then she spouts out a few ingredients and instructions and you only remember a few. But it’s SO EASY!
So chances are that this super easy recipe is SO EASY to find online if you remember the name, or a few of the ingredients. So instead of waiting for Susie to email you the recipe, just Google it.
For example, I have a standard “Chicken Cheese Ball” that I make for gatherings. But whenever someone asks me for the recipe I say “Oh, it’s so easy….” but I never actually send them the recipe. But if they can remember that it has canned chicken and cream cheese they could search: “canned chicken cream cheese ball” and find this recipe right near the top.
Then what do you do with these recipes? Pin them to your “It’s So Easy” Board on Pinterest and you have them available whenever you need a quick dish to take to a gathering!
