Phew, this week I’m literally just trying to catch my breath and keep my head above water as I catch up from the past week.
Last week was our semi-annual Consignment Sale at the church where I work. A portion of the proceeds goes to support our short term mission trips, and of course there is a huge administration side of things. So since I assist the administrator and the mission pastor I get to help run the sale.
The sale went really well and we are SO pleased with the success! But it meant a lot of extra hours throughout the week and working most of the weekend.
On top of that, we had a number of things happen at home – we had a water leak, our air conditioner was on the fritz, and Harrison’s car had to go to the dealer.
But despite being a bit crazy, it really turned out to be a week with many blessings – we got some great deals on things for the baby at the consignment sale and we got an entirely new air conditioner with our home warranty!
SOOOOO now, it’s Wednesday and I still feel like I’m catching up – on all the things at work that didn’t get done last week, on everything at the house, and on SLEEP.
Maybe tomorrow it will all get done…
But regardless of what is getting done the weeks are ticking by, can’t believe I’m at 34 weeks! But still feeling good for the most part and enjoying the remainder of this pregnancy.
